Consume Less Caffeine: in order to treat your anxiety and depression, you must limit the use of alcohol, tea, and coffee.

With due respect it is to state that I need one day leave from my work in order to get an appointment with the doctor for the routine checkup of my mother. My father took her entire duty of pick and drop, but this time he is not available as he had left for London for some personal issues to be resolved. The checkup of my mother is mandatory as she is heart patient and if timely care is not taken she may get worse in her disease and health so for that reason kindly grant me the leave.
