How to Start a Morning Walk

 Man is a social animal, as psychology stated it, so they like to meet other people coming into their lives. Meeting others grabs attention leading to parties, lunches, dinners, and other food-related ideas. Now, this social animal is keeping a track of life running around his or her job, business, home mastery, and then parties and picnics. This routine is not healthy as the bio-social animal is becoming fat to obese!

   The obesity causes many health stricken diseases like arthritis, hypertension, cardio disease and other underlining ailments. Once disease is into you, then it takes away every facility and luxury from you! The very first thing that you lose is your health, once its lost, you truly lose everything else!

   Sounds scary? Yes, it is scary! But do not worry for where there is a disease there is a treatment, no matter how hard it is!

   Excersize is good but the moment you leave it, you are fat again! The best solution to make you healthy is a walk! 40 mints a day per 3 days a week is enough but if you are on regular basis then 30 mints walk will suffice the matter!

   The problem is how to start morning walk? For that always remember, nothing is precious more than your health as health is linked with wealth! ? think this motivation is enough to put anyone on the track….the track of morning walk! Before starting a walk be mindful of certain things:

   Put on your joggers that are comfortable, airy and light weight, always tuck in cotton thread socks as they are highly absorbing!

   Take water bottle with you but never put too cold or hot water in it. The water should be of room temperature or compatible to your body temperature.

   Whenever you feel tired, switch on to brisk walk, it will dissolve your fatigue!

   Take deep breaths so that maximum fresh air goes into your lungs.    Waking up early leaves you fresh and walking in the morning on empty stomach leaves you healthy and health is key to success! Happy reading!

People adopt hobbies in order to engage themselves in some healthy activity and to spend their time in a better way otherwise it could have spent in depression, fights, jealousy, and time killing activities, in the absence of any hobby. Hobby is not a joy of poor and needy people as they are always in constant struggle of earning livelihood to meet their ends. Hobby is linked with people who are in good financial status and have ample time to relax themselves. Every hobby is linked with money.

There are number of hobbies in the world like collecting coins, Quaid’s hobby was to collect important news of the world in political region and saving the cuttings of news in one scrape book, playing snooker, chess, ludo and engage themselves in outdoor activities could be a hobby for some people, but the most expensive and time taking hobby is travelling.

 Travelling could be linked with visiting places of peoples’ interest. If a person is religious he would definitely visit religious buildings like mosques, churches, monasteries and temples to add on knowledge and get first-hand information through travelling. If a person is interested in history, he would love to go in forts, castles, old buildings, houses, antiques, ruins, libraries, colleges, universities etc to increase his or her knowledge on the minute details of the history through his naked eye. If a person is nature lover, then he would love to places where he or she can feel calmness, serenity, aroma, taste and colours. He would dedicate his life in exploring famous islands, hilly areas of different countries around the world, each time he or she must be in need of a good guide. Travelers love to see, feel and get maximum information through their real sensational experiences. It saves the mental health of any person as he or she is engaged in exploring the world, exploring the nature and consuming himself and herself in the light of happiness and enlightenment. If I were a Millionaire

The topic is inviting….isnot it? Well, if I were a millionaire then I will try my best to become a billionaire! Apart from the joke, let’s get serious and seriously think about the ways where I can rightly benefit my society and the larger world, in specific.

If I were a millionaire, I will invest my money in different causes, the list is long, but few causes could be mentioned below:

  1. I will develop an Amazon forest where I would like to strive for getting the wild plants, trees and animals, insects, and others species back to life. This cause will protect the ecosystem, if not on a larger scale, but it could create some reduction in carbon footprints.
  2. I would have developed a charity house where I would employ needy ones on need-based priority. This will help to reduce unemployment and also adjust the poor community making them responsible citizens of this society.
  3. I would have established a night-shelter home as in this age of inflation and unlawful rules in the majority of the countries, people are bound to live on open grounds, streets where the poor souls are threatened for their lives and honor. Mosques, churches are not sufficient for catering to the people on roads, so in that shelter, I would provide them with good food and blankets, sheets, etc to make themselves at ease.
  4. If I were a millionaire, I would invest my money in some profitable business like the food and medicine business in order to extract money from these sources to keep my other projects in running position and smoothly.
  5. If I were a millionaire then I would travel to my favorite places and buy books from all those places, then I will choose a secluded place where I will sit and enjoy reading the books in perfect serenity and peace with the soft aromatic breeze. This will further broaden my thinking horizon and makes me put some good qualities in my character. The aim is to make myself a better human being for myself and for my country that is the global village!

Covid-19 . . . scary? Ahan! What to do? We are stuck in our homes, nothing to do, nothing to enjoy, just eat sleep, watch movies, dramas, and sleep again. This is the normal mindset of people these days. These days are difficult, no doubt, but just give it a thought that will you be hungry? Will your job will be taken from you? Would this covid-19 snatches from you, your living place? Are you be devoid of your relations? Friends? Family? If the answer is a big NO then be thankful to God, Almighty.

                 The situation is different, so must human activities take a new shape! Sharing is not caring nowadays, but Giving is caring, a new motto. There are a number of things that we are able to get our hands and the reason behind all these useful activities will be our betterment, betterment of the society or the community we are living in. Let’s begin with the amazing list of useful activities: Search for the needy people around you. The very obvious signal of identity for them is that they are not beggars. Now how to locate, identify such people? The answer is very simple, just check their behavior, try to look into their eyes, check their dressing, go to the shop where they are habitual of going, see their payment record, you will definitely find some debt on their heads. Try to pay their bills, send them meal, as a token of love and care. These little actions counts nothing on your part, but a truly big for them.

 Be engage in Online Library concept. Gathering is not allowed in physical boundaries and capacities, but having the young generation on board for making our future bright, hoard them for an interactive and fun-learning story telling platform. Your time will become money and love that you will ooze out from them.

DIY session. Look for the old rags, cuttings, shells, beddings, cardboards or whatever you have stored in your home. This is the right time to take out all that lovely trash and recycle it! Do It Yourself is a very productive idea, create new things out of old ones. Try it out, it will amaze you. Trust me!

 Teach yourself a new skill. Human beings love to progress, but sadly in materialistic things, money matters, their interest is doomed in, that is why they are always in a tension, competition and mentally preoccupied! Just stop this routine in these days and break the shackles of stress, come up with something new and interesting: do some mechanical course, learn stitching, sewing, knitting, dress designing, cooking, beading, painting, calligraphy, card making, preparing organizers for your shoes, underwear, jewelry and much more!

Learn a new language. Yes! You can learn any language free of cost and no matter how young or old you are, as far as you are eager to do something, learn something new, doors of opportunities can never be closed! Duo lingo is the very site where you can register yourself for any language course and believe me you will love to learn there!

 Make a kitchen garden. Fruits and vegetables are getting expensive day by day, so why not preparing a fertilizer and edibles at home! Sounds nice? Ok! Don’t throw away the peels of vegetables are fruits, rather collect them in a bucket half full of fertile soil/garden soil and half with these peels, add cow dung as well to get a rich source of ammonia naturally. Crack the see open, sow it in the damp soil and wait for the germination to take place. Onions are easy to grow, by and by go on garlic, red chilies, tomatoes and coriander. You can prepare pesticide naturally at home too. Search for the ideas from books, internet, and gardeners.

Spend time with family. Read a book together, have a tea together, enjoy lunch, dinner, and breakfast together. Togetherness is unity and unity is beauty. This beautiful unity will strengthen your family and add up color in your life too.

Why training? The question is very simple, I mean it sounds easy, but deep down it is hell difficult. Yes! It is. We all are aware and quite used to professional, academic development, but ever thought of training the character, building a human body into a humane self? Frankly speaking, we had never thought of it, including me, but a few days ago, I came across news that stirred my soul and compelled me to think about making human….. Humane. We all are forgetting humanity, day by day, moment by moment.

              In any workplace, we train to get equipped with the all necessary skills to be called PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. We seldom care to be called human beings as we are living a delusion that we look human so obviously we are human beings! Is that so simple? If yes, then why the suicide rate, corruption, the crime rate is increasing, why society is becoming less considerate and tolerant? What is missing? My dear, my dear… training, training, and training is missing and this very segment gets its start from each and every home. By looking at a man, one should be clear about the females of that house, a queen always raises her male as kings and princes or vice versa.

          7 years child is wise enough to recognize things, to differentiate between the two, and this is the very age to train him or her. Don’t raise your children on gender base, treat the both sex equally, for both are human being. According to me train yourself first, before you go for the training of others. Here are some fruitful suggestions for you in order to save this world from inhumane humans!Always listen to your child. Give them confidence that you as parents are their well-wishers, friends and beloveds too. Once this speaking-listening relationship is built, your child is harnessed well and tight.

Set rules and regulations for them. Tell them what to do, when to do and how to do. This process is too too lengthy and time taking as with boys repetition is training, repeat the thing 1000 times for years and then they might understand. Once understood by them, the results are everlasting and evergreen.

Be firm. Never be a puppet at the hand of your child, don’t feed their every wish, restrict them around need base. This will take their inner self to the outer world resulting in care, love and empathy for others. Always choose a middle and moderate way in each and every things.

Give logics. Whenever you are up to making them to stop doing something then do it step wise: sit with them, listen to them, guide them, tell them the consequences of the things, logically.

Always ask why and how question from the children. The reason behind this questioning approach is that it will excite their thinking process and automatically they will understand and critically foresee the situation which will save them from falling in any ditch.

Gather them on dining table/eating mat. Switch off TVs, mobiles in the eating times, have a cup of tea together. Make family time a happy time for them. There must be a bond, a connectivity within the family to get the things going on for eternity.

Prepare them for troubles. Tell children that this life is not a bed of roses, stop comparing your life with that of others. Tell them how to live a happy and contended life with limited resources, with less money or no money at all.

Teach them to care. Read stories to them that cater care and love for all human beings apart from their religion, sect, sex, race, creed, caste, and color. We all share the same flesh and blood, we all bleed, we all feel pain, we all laugh, and we all live, we all die. These qualities are common enough to declare us human beings. When we all look the same, then we all feel the same as well. Spend money, time, care, attention, and love on yourself and on others too.

Be happy, be human.

Human beings tend to go to different countries and continents, giving the natives their culture and acquire their culture. This cross-cultural exchange has turned this world a global village, it is easier now to connect and exchange things, even viruses can travel/transported from one place to another. One very notorious virus is this which we all are facing nowadays.

 Yes, you guessed it right! Its covid-19 pandemic that envelops the world in its deadly jaw. This virus, is an attacker of lungs; having sat on the lungs, it maneuvers the respiratory rate of that person, after muffling his breath, he pays attention on the other important organs and system of human body, causing him severe flu, bad and rapid dry coughing, high fever and intense body pain, by and by the person enjoys the journey to his death.

The situation looks truly sad, but where there is hope, there is life. Immunity is fed upon diet, by diet I mean, healthy food and division of it in three different times: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The human body is dependent on healthy food and fibrous, especially. Once the immunity that is the body’s defense mechanism, is strong or getting stronger then, and only then, it is not viable for the virus to suck the host or to shed down his or her body’s power. The question now arises that what should be the best and safe diet to build up immunity in order to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic?

 The answer to this question is: you need not worry as we have a number of diet patterns that can help in building your immunity and strengthen the existing immunity cycle. We care for you and we want all of you to be healthy and alive. Here are some fruitful suggestions:

“Eat to fuel your body”One should eat a variety of fresh and unprocessed foods every day to get the vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, protein, and antioxidants your body needs. Processed food curbs down the important minerals and protein-packed shackles into refined and finely grounded powder or paste. Such products are good on the tongue, but bad for the stomach, as it gets glued on the line of the stomach, hence not becoming the part of the active blood-making process.

Drink enough water.

Eat fruits, vegetables, legumes (e.g. lentils, beans), nuts and whole grains (e.g. unprocessed maize, millet, oats, wheat, brown rice or starchy tubers or roots such as potato, yam, taro, or cassava), and foods from animal sources (e.g. meat, fish, eggs, and milk). Avoid using packed or sealed products as we are not confirmed about their quality and taste. Prefer to eat fresh, and freshly looking fruits and vegetables.

For snacks, choose raw vegetables and fresh fruit rather than foods that are high in sugar, fat, or salt. To add up a fruity flavor, try a recipe of grated or chopped dates, dry fruits of your choice and mix the ingredients, form a tight ball or give it a biscuit shape, freeze the energy nutty balls, and use it up to 15 days.

Tips to recognize the fresh or stale:When buying for a fish, closely monitor the eye area of the fish, if it’s sunken inside, it’s a clear cut sign that it’s not fresh! Touch the skin of the fish, if it’s too tender, it’s again not fresh.

If you intend to buy vegetables, see the wrinkles. If the peel is withered or looking dry, then avoid buying such edibles.

Buying fruits can be tricky as many are washed in surf or oil to get the natural luster. Hold on! Don’t worry again. I have a simple solution, whatever fruit you want to buy, press it lightly and sense the juice inside, in the case of pomegranates, don’t buy cracked fruit, honey-coloured bananas ripen and best quality. Go for it.
