Take a pot and add mustard oil and boil it in a slow flame until it got bubbles then add onion, black cumin and Aloe vera gel in it. Leave it for 10 mints on a low flame. When it gets cold use this oil after every two days and see the results. This is the best oil I have ever applied on my hairs. This makes your hairs smooth, silky and shiny.

What you do:

Take a half glass of water and add a one tea spoon of cinnamon and few pieces of ginger add squeeze half\Full lemon. leave this for 10 mints. Dandruff is very common issue now a days every single person is suffering. It does not cause any serious effect to your skin but it not seems good. People use different medicines, shampoos for the removal. If that does not work, people go for different remedies

  • You can use Aloe vera Gel and Apple cider vinegar. Mix this and add 6 7 drops of Lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your scalp after every 3 days.
  • Dandruff is caused by the accumulation of dry skin on your scalp. To keep your scalp moisturized you can use Tea Tree Oil. It helps you to remove dryness and prevent your hairs from falling out.
  • Before going to sleep, simply take Oil (Mustard oil, Olive oil) and apply it on your belly button.  This is hundred percent authentic. Use this remedy and see better results.
  • Importance of Ginger Tea (Kahwa):

Ginger can treat many forms of nausea specially Morning Sickness. It helps to maintain cholesterol, uric acid, sugar level and heart diseases. It helps to reduce the body weight.

What you do is:

Take a pot add one glass of water, small amount of ginger. You can also add one lemon and cinnamon. Leave this on a low flame until it gets boiled. It will be ready after 10 mints. You can drink this after your dinner also it will help you to digest your food.

  • Apply Face Mask:

A fresh, clean face without any pimples makes you fresh. Daily usage of makeup and dirt makes your skin dull and dry. For glowing skin, you can use this mask it will reduce all your blackheads and makes your face fresh.

What you do is:

  • Take 1 tablespoon of coffee, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and toothpaste (small amount) mix these things and apply on your face for at least 20 mints. Wash your face with cold water.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of milk and rice flour. Mix and apply on your skin. It is good for skin whitening.
