I need to travel there to care for her and our children since she is unable to help herself. That is why I need to take a five-day break from Monday, September 12th, to Friday, September 17th, returning to the guard position on Saturday, September 18th. I am a very hardworking guard, but right now my wife needs me the most and I have to be with her at all costs.

I shall be humbly thankful to you for this generous act. Thank you for taking out time from your very busy schedule to read this, hoping for a quick and positive response from you, respected Principal.

However, I’ve had persistent headaches since yesterday owing to a sudden shift in the timing of my duties from the regular routine tonight. Today, I’m experiencing an increase in my body temperature as a result of a fever, which might be the result of extreme physical exhaustion. Due to a fever, I am afraid I will be unable to complete my duties tomorrow.

I’m writing to you after finishing today’s work. I would be thankful if you could give me the day off tomorrow so that I may go to the hospital for a doctor’s checkup. We don’t want to accuse anyone of theft so there is only one possibility that management needs to tighten the security so issues like this won’t happen again. I also encourage employees to take care of their belongings and act more vigilantly around the office.
We have never faced such scenarios in the office before. We want everyone to take care of their electronic devices and do not leave their important stuff on the table. I hope that everybody compliance in this matter.
