Sample Article on How the Tax system Benefits the already Wealthy Country

As income and wealth concentrations have neared record heights in recent decades, taxes on the extremely affluent have not kept pace. As a result, a country’s or state’s tax law no longer follows the basic concept of ability to pay, which states that taxes should be based on a person’s ability to pay. Today’s tax law, on the other hand, flips that idea on its head by allowing the wealthiest of the wealthy to pay almost no tax on their profits. Not only are top tax rates on regular income historically low, but the ultra-rich are also stockpiling growing sums of capital income while paying little or no tax on it.

The resultant negative feedback loop weakens democracy, as the wealthy use their money to influence a country’s or state’s political system in order to distort policies in their favor, including awarding themselves even greater tax cuts. This permits economic elites to get what they want in many situations, even when the mass of the population disagree. Because most of their income is not considered “taxable income” under the tax rules, it does not appear on their annual tax returns, which is a significant tax benefit for rich households. Taxation on capital gains, or the increase in the value of assets such as stocks, real estate, or other investments, are, for example, effectively voluntary to a large extent. For example, high-wealth filers may accrue investment income every year because their investments appreciate, but they don’t owe tax on those gains until or unless they “realize” the gain, which is usually by selling the appreciated asset. Giving money to non-profit organizations has long been used by the rich to gain a tax break. Furthermore, under the new tax legislation, the amount you may deduct has been increased to 60% of your adjusted gross income, up from 50%.

One way the wealthy have taken advantage of the deduction is by establishing conservation easements. Creating a framework to manage various interests, such as a limited liability corporation, is one method to save on taxes. Portfolio assets, real estate, or a business might all be included. While it may get complicated, there may be possibilities to save money while also building a governance framework for your assets. Hence using these ways the tax system doesn’t affect the wealthy much, but can even be beneficial.

Sample Article on an Inspirational Person You’ve Met

Everybody loves to listen to music. Whether it’s a kid, an adult or an old person. Everyone is fond of music of some kind and so am I. My relationship with music is a little more than just somebody who listens to end their boredom. My father is a music producer and a pianist since he was a kid and so it’s safe to say that music runs in my blood. I’ve grown up in a house where music is a big part and so I cannot imagine my life without it.

One of the artists who I’ve been following for 4 years and who’s also the main reason why I started listening to Pakistani music is Asim Azhar. He is a 25-year-old Pakistani singer, song writer and a musician. He started his musical career in 2013 and has been one of the most followed Pakistani musicians. I started to listen to his music in 2018 when he collaborated with one of the well-known Pakistani singer Aima Baig for a song called “teriyaan”. I’ve been a fan ever since and I first got the change to attend his concert in my college in October 2019. Sadly I couldn’t meet him in person that day because there were a lot of people and he had to be rushed out of the college immediately after he got done with his performance. I was very disappointed but I knew that seeing him that day was not possible. In July 2021 he had a contest for his fans where we all were supposed to register and only 150 people would be called to the main event due to the rise in coronavirus. I entered in the lucky draw and got lucky enough to be invited to his concert. He performed for 1 hour and 30 minutes and arranged a meet and greet for his fans afterwards.

I finally got to meet my favorite Pakistani artist and got to tell him how incredibly inspiring his journey has been. He also took a picture with me and talked to me for 2 to 3 minutes. He is one of the humblest celebrities I’ve encountered with and his journey as a singer and as a human has been very inspiring to me. The way he was greeting everyone and treating his fans was something I’ve never seen a celebrity do before and this was an experience of a lifetime for me.

Human Trafficking

The following is an article on human trafficking.

Human Trafficking

Human trafficking is defined as the use of force or compulsion to gain labor or commercial sex acts. To entice victims into trafficking situations, traffickers may employ violence, deception, or false promises of well-paying jobs. The Pakistani government does not entirely satisfy the basic requirements for the abolition of human trafficking, although it is making considerable efforts to do so. These efforts would include indicting traffickers for the first time under the government’s extensive human trafficking law, indicting more traffickers for indentured servitude than the previous year, and increasing brick kiln registration nationwide to improve oversight of workers targeted by labor traffickers.

In addition, the authorities recognized more trafficking victims than in the previous reporting period, and many investigations against suspected traffickers for Pakistani trafficking victims discovered abroad were launched. In addition, federal and provincial authorities continued to engage in anti-trafficking operations with international partners and foreign governments. However, in comparison to the preceding reporting period, the government did not demonstrate overall increased efforts. The government reduced the number of sex trafficking investigations and prosecutions while increasing the number of labor trafficking charges and convictions.

Sex trafficking and labor trafficking are both illegal in Pakistan. The 2018 PTPA made sex trafficking and labor trafficking illegal, with penalties ranging from two to ten years in prison, a fine of up to one million Pakistani rupees (PKR) ($6,460), or both, for offenses involving an adult male victim, and between two and ten years in prison, a fine of up to one million PKR ($6,460), or both, for offenses involving an adult female or child victim. These punishments were suitably severe. However, the punishments for sex trafficking were not equivalent to those for other major crimes, such as rape, because they allowed for a fine instead of jail. Pakistan is a popular destination for men, women, and children who have been compelled to work in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, or Sri Lanka. In Pakistan, Chinese construction workers may be subjected to forced labor. In sex trafficking in Pakistan, traffickers abuse women and girls and to a lesser extent, boys from Afghanistan, Iran, and other Asian nations. In Pakistan, traffickers target refugees and stateless people from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Burma, as well as religious and ethnic minorities like Christians and Hazaras. Rohingya refugees are forced to work in Pakistan by traffickers.

Advantages of Dry Fruits

The following is an article on the advantages of dry fruits. For healthy life all nutrients are very essential to maintain and development of body.

Advantages of Dry Fruits

Because of the many health benefits and other advantages that different dried fruits bring, they are frequently referred to as superfoods. Dry fruits, including berries and nuts, contain a lot of antioxidants. They are also abundant in other nutrients, and certain dry fruits are said to offer special qualities such as preventing ageing, sharpening the brain, and much more. Superfoods are food products that outperform other food items in terms of nutritional content.

Even little amounts of a superfood may provide an abundance of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and proteins. There are several dry fruits that may and should be included in a person’s regular diet. Some of these are good, but some are much better. Most dried fruits are high in minerals, proteins, fiber, and vitamins, and they are also sweet and delectable. Dry fruits are a great and nutritious replacement for regular meals. Dry fruits boost energy and stamina, and they are high in fiber, which implies improved digestion and general health. If you are a vegetarian, nuts are an excellent source of protein and iron. Dry fruits are also high in calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potash, phosphate, proteins, riboflavin, vitamins A, C, E, K, and zinc. This includes strong bones, muscles, nerves, teeth, and skin. This includes protection from anemia, heart disease, high cholesterol, immune system boosting, and much more.

Not all dry fruits are superfoods, and excessive eating of them is harmful to one’s health. A handful of dry fruits each day is more than enough to satisfy one’s daily requirements. Dry fruits are either sun-dried or artificially dried; in both situations, water is removed from the product, which may result in nutritional and mineral loss in some cases.

Is Testing on Animals Still Legal?

The following is an article on Should testing on animals be legal or not.

Is Testing on Animals Still Legal?

Using animals in research and product testing has been a source of contention for decades. People have varying attitudes towards animals; some see them as friends, while others see them as a way of developing medical skills or increasing experimental study. Regardless of how people see animals, the truth remains that animals are being abused by research institutes and cosmetics firms all across the country and the world. Although effective animal research often benefits people, the agony, suffering, and deaths of animals are not worth the potential human benefits. As a result, animals should not be utilised in research or product testing.

For starters, when animals are utilised in research, their rights are infringed.

Animals and humans have many characteristics, including the ability to feel, think, behave, and experience pain. As a result, animals should be treated with the same dignity as people. However, when animals are utilised in research, their rights are infringed since they are not given a choice. Animals do not willingly give up their lives to improve human wellbeing and new technology.Because they are unable to express their preferences and choices, their decisions are decided for them. Next, the pain and suffering inflicted on experimental animals is not worth any potential advantages to people. Animals experience pain in many of the same ways that humans do; in fact, their pain reflexes are nearly similar (both humans and animals scream, for example). Animals are exposed to unpleasant and often fatal trials when employed for product toxicity testing or laboratory study. Finally, animal experimentation is totally unnecessary because suitable alternatives are accessible.Instead of testing on animals, researchers may use this artificial “skin” to assess the possible damage that a product can do to the skin. When a product destroys it, this synthetic material becomes opaque, mimicking how a genuine eye reacts to hazardous chemicals. Computers have also been used to model and assess the possible damage caused by a product or chemical, and human tissues and cells have been utilised to study the impacts of hazardous chemicals.

Finally, animal testing should be prohibited since it violates the rights of animals, causes pain and suffering to experimental animals, and better methods of assessing product toxicity are available. Humans cannot justify torturing and killing thousands of animals each year to do scientific experiments or to test goods in order to improve their own lives. Animals should be treated with dignity and respect, and this right is violated when animals are exploited for selfish human benefit.

Should Recycling be Mandatory for Everyone?

The following is an article on Should recycling be compulsory for all citizens in a territory or not.

Should Recycling be Mandatory for Everyone?

Recycling re-manufactures materials that would otherwise be deemed garbage to generate new goods. The globe is dealing with a major plastic trash crisis that must be addressed immediately. Many individuals toss away their plastic utensils after just using them once, with little regard for the repercussions. The more individuals who choose to recycle, the bigger the impact of recycling. As a result, it is critical that everyone contributes to recycling initiatives. As a result, recycling should be made mandatory.

Recycling decreases the requirement of landfill sites substantially. The primary aim of a landfill is to hold garbage, not to break it down; nevertheless, organic waste will still decompose. Because waste at a landfill is buried in an oxygen-free environment, the organic material breakdown is a sluggish process. With relation to landfills The world has changed dramatically in the last century, and the quantity of garbage we create as humans is rising quickly. The human population has increased, and customers are now purchasing more than ever before. Methane is generated when organic garbage decomposes in landfills.Methane is a greenhouse gas that greatly contributes to climate change by trapping surplus heat in the atmosphere. In terms of global warming potential, it is 25 times more strong than carbon dioxide, and when it is burned, carbon dioxide is generated. Energy is costly, and many of our energy sources are depleting. Energy savings in manufacturing operations may considerably reduce production costs. Furthermore, recycling is a diversified business that is far more labour demanding than trash disposal. As a result, developing the recycling business is also a means of creating additional jobs. It is said that dumping 10,000 tonnes of garbage into a landfill produces six jobs, but recycling the same amount of waste creates 36 jobs.

Overall, there are several advantages to recycling, much too many to list in a single article. Everyone has a responsibility to contribute to recycling initiatives since recycling is beneficial for us.

Impact of Climate change on Species

The following is an article on Global Warming and its impact on Species Extinction.

Impact of Climate change on Species

Global warming is a shift in the regular climate in which the earth’s temperature steadily rises. The consequences of global warming are primarily classified as natural and anthropogenic, with the anthropogenic influence being the most severe. The following are some of the impacts of global warming:

  1. Weather Variations:

One of the most significant impacts of global warming is the change in natural weather, which changes seasonal timings such as early blooming of plants, unexpected variance in agricultural production, and so on, disrupting the food supply chain and social systems. The impacts of global warming also include changes in rainfall volumes and patterns, which, depending on geography, render a place wetter or drier. Though studies suggest that colder days or nights get hotter, the influence is thought to be critical in the long term. However, studies show that the heat waves have almost reached the point where they are impossible to treat, so it is preferable to take steps to prevent additional calamity.

  1. Extinction of species

A new study warns that climate change may lead to the extinction of one-third of all animal and plant species by 2070. Researchers looked at recent extinctions caused by climate change to anticipate how many species will be lost in the next 50 years. The preceding five extinctions happened over the last 450 million years, primarily as a result of meteorites and volcanic eruptions. The sixth extinction, on the other hand, is caused by global warming. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) lists presently 87,967 species, 25,062 of which are threatened with extinction, according to the 2017 edition. Scientists in Europe have been researching the drop in the mass of flying insects in natural parks, and the evidence speaks for itself: a 75 percent decrease since 1990. The primary reasons for this considerable reduction appear to be climate change and pesticides.

The battle against climate change necessitates a commitment to decarbonizing the economy through decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. We will require smarter and more effective energy production technologies, a commitment to responsible use, and the development of equitable finance mechanisms for all forms of energy that do not raise the cost of clean energies.

Impact of Human Activities on Climate and Weather

The following is an article on How do humans contribute to climate change? Climate plays an important role in the global economic and social sectors. Many human activities are responsible for the change in the climate.

Impact of Human Activities on Climate and Weather

Climate plays an important role in the global economic and social sectors. Many human activities are responsible for the change in the climate. Nowadays people prefer to use road transport, road transport includes all vehicles that consume petroleum or gas, burning of petroleum and gas releases greenhouse gases which contribute to global warming and global warming, in turn, affects climate. These gases not only affect climate they also have a bad impact on the environment as well as the health of the people.

To improve the economy of the country new industries are set up, these industries also require fuel to run the machines, the burning of fuel again releases greenhouse gases. Somehow this is also caused by population growth because more people need jobs and have to be fed. Scientists are also held responsible for contributing to climate change. Human beings began to rely on the new and new discoveries made by scientists without even realizing the effect of these machines on the environment.

In my opinion, if these human activities are continuously carried out the global temperature would rise hence glaciers would start to melt, there would be more water flow from the mountains causing rise in the sea level, this will cause floods in the future and problems for the future generation. From a personal perspective, I believe that people around the world are contributing to global warming, nowadays people use cars for traveling which consume petroleum and when petroleum is burned CO2 is emitted. I also use a car to go to school or somewhere else. Secondly, people waste electricity, people turn on electronics and forget to turn them off due to this electricity is being wasted and hence there is an electricity shortage, to fulfill the requirement coal is burned to move the turbines because not always there is hydroelectric power available, the burning of coal releases greenhouse gases which contribute to global warming.

How can you help Students with Learning Disabilities?

The following article includes points on How to Help Students with Learning Disabilities Focus on Their Strengths.

INTRODUCTION

Pupils who are disabled have a physical or mental disability that significantly restricts one or more key life activities. Typically, handicapped students perform poorly academically. Many children with impairments struggle to recall information that is delivered physically or audibly. The majority of these children have trouble remembering spelling words, math skills, vocabulary terms, and instructions. Disabled pupils have difficulty paying attention. They are unable to filter out irrelevant stimuli and are drawn to them. Social skills difficulties can be as devastating as academic challenges for kids with impairments.

Ways To Help Disabled People

Not all youngsters are equally capable of learning and comprehending. Some comprehend faster than others, some grasp slower, others see differently, and some understand better through unusual means. Here are some suggestions on how you may assist them.

  1. Being Aware of Oneself

In general, we attempt to keep the facts from children with learning impairments so that they do not feel different. We must recognize that labels are only as good as the people who use them. If we develop a culture of self-awareness, the child will be able to deal with it.

  1. Determine their Strong Points

Allow them to participate in a variety of activities so that they can discover their genuine passion. In general, children with learning impairments have a creative imagination and excel in one or more extracurricular activities. When you force them to try new activities, such as singing, dancing, drawing, karate, and so on, they will learn what they are excellent at.

  1. Adaptive Coping Techniques

Their failure to learn or understand seldom causes tension in them, resulting in emotional outbursts. Tactical approaches to dealing with recurring inabilities must be devised. Change the subject or the method it is taught whenever the condition of tension appears reachable.

  1. Make no fun of them.

People often make fun of disabled kids, which is really unjust since they are not this way by choice; they were born with these issues, and they already have a lot of difficulties interacting with others, but when people make fun of them, they lose confidence and hope. So this must be stopped, and if anyone observes someone making fun of a handicapped person, he or she must do all possible to stop it.

Is Blogging a Good Career in the Future?

A blog is a conversation or informational website that is published on the Internet and consists of discrete, typically informal diary-style text posts. Writing, photography, and other forms of media that are self-published online are referred to as blogging. Blogging began as a way for individuals to post diary-style entries, but it has subsequently been incorporated into many businesses’ websites. The sort of value your blog provides depends on how you intend to monetize it. Ads, affiliate marketing, sponsored articles, goods, and services are the primary ways bloggers generate money.

Although there is now less awareness of blogging as a job choice, it will undoubtedly be recognized as a lucrative career option in the future. Yes, you can make a living as a blogger. I recommend that you do not leap in full-time; instead, study and spend part-time making it professional, then select your passion, topic, and specialty, and then gradually progress. I’ve seen many novices leap into blogging and do well a few days or months later. If you think you’ll make a lot of money in one day, get a large number of visitors in one day, and become a successful blogger overnight, think again. If you look at all successful bloggers, you’ll notice that they put in a lot of time, treat their blogs like businesses, and gradually work their way up to the point where they’re working full-time and living the laptop lifestyle. Blogging is not for the faint of heart. If you want to be successful, you must work hard, be patient, and be truthful. Some think blogging will make you successful, while others say it is a waste of time. But the fact is that if you want to be a great blogger, you must work wisely, tactically, and patiently. If you can’t accomplish that, you’re destined to fail at blogging.

Blogging is similar to any other career in that if you are enthusiastic and diligent about it, you may be successful and make a lot of money, just like many YouTubers and other content writers. One must be totally dedicated to it else he will fail, but there is a bright future in blogging as the usage of social media and the internet has soared in today’s society, making it much simpler in the future.
