I purchased the phone due to its high RAM and speed specs and wanted a good phone so invested in it. But it has been just 3 months and it is very odd for a new phone to gitch and hangs and switch off out of nowhere. The phone switched off on its multiple times and took many minutes to power it on again this is not normal for a new phone I am very disappointed by this purchase.  As I still have 9 months left in the warranty claim period I want to claim my warranty for this phone.

Kindly exchange this set for me as I no longer wish to see it and I want to get a new one. Kindly deliver me the same model but a new set so that I do not lose my hard-earned money on a phone that is not working at all like it is supposed to. Thanks.

Dear Sir,

I am writing you this letter to request the exchange or repair of the phone I purchased from your latest g series that launched 2 months ago on 15th March 2022. I purchased this mobile phone with very high expectations and wanted to try it for a very long. I am a Samsung user for the last 5 years so I have always trusted your company and its devices and that is why I invested in such an expensive mobile phone for my use. I expected this phone to be as reliable as the previous ones due to its more high-end specifications but unfortunately, the phone started heating up in just 2 months at first, I thought it was random but then it switched off on day while heating and it was unusual for a phone to heat up like this in normal circumstances. After that, I smelled something fishy from the battery and the phone never switched on again. I am disheartened by what happened to the new device I spent my money on.

Fas the warranty period is still valid I demand your company to check with your new devices as to why they are heating up and exchange this phone for a new one. I am waiting for your response. Thanks.

Dear Employees,

This memorandum is for the company to establish new cell phone policy and it is applicable to all employees of the office to practice less use of cell phone.We wish to inform you about some changes in the functioning policies of the company. This fundamental change has been made on the record of employee’s behaviour in the company. It has been decided that cellular devices use is only confined to workplace breaks. Cell phones are not allowed to be use in the company at working hours. Nobody is allowed to make any videos in the company facility or to take pictures in the premises of the company. If any of the employees are found to be crossing the policy, strict action would be taken against them. There should be professional behaviour adaptation at work, messaging between the calls with clients are not allowed. Employees who are found not to abide the cell phone of the company, could have a termination too. These new guidelines are also attached in the word document with this memorandum. All Team Members,

It has come to my attention that many of employees in the office are not completing their work targets instead they are wasting their time on cellular devices. This memo is reminder for you about your work targets and mandatory completion of work hours. On taking note of employee’s leisure attitude, we have decided to establish new cell phone policy. Company has decided to emit employees of using the cell phone in the company facility at all. It includes no use of social media, messaging, games, taking calls or capturing videos and pictures in the office premises. In the order of emergency, there would be allowed to take an incoming call on the time of work hours and that should also be justified by the employee to the administration team. Please understand that we want to establish the environment in which company touches the new heights of success by achieving work targets.
