With all due respect, my name is Anna Karenina, and I am a Social Sciences student, getting ready to appear for my state examinations, at ABC Highschool.
While I am well prepared and ready to appear for my exams. I am, however, at a disadvantage owing to my visual impairment–in other words, I am blind. As stated in the bylaws, I am granted the right to apply for a visual aid person pertaining to my condition. Please consider this as an application for a “no objection notice”, that I need to be signed in order to opt for the needed help.
My exams are to be held on the dates; 2nd, 4th, 8th, and 16th respectively, and will be requiring a person on these dates who might write for me as I speak and dictate the exam. The details of the time are enclosed on a separate sheet on this paper.

Cordially, Sir/ Madam
With all the greatest regard, my name is Mary J. Hopkins, and I am a Political Sciences student at AAA High school and College, where I have been studying for my final examinations.
I am well-prepared and equipped to take my assessments. However, due to my vision impairment and blindness–I am at a disadvantage. As per the constitution, I have the opportunity to apply for a member of the visual aid staff to assist me with my condition. Kindly consider this as an application for a “no objection notice,” which I absolutely require in order to receive the assistance I cannot fare without. My tests will be held on the 21st of July, and then on the 1st, 8th, and 16th of the month of August, and will require a person on these dates to be present with me in the exam hall, as I speak and narrate the test on these dates. On a separate sheet of this document, the time details are included.
I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
An Application for the NOC for a partially blind Student
To,
The Examiner
Board of Secondary and Higher Education 05/09/2022
Subject: Requesting for a NOC to apply for a visual aid guide
Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
Most considerately, my name is Allan Barack, and I am a pre-medical student, opting for my 11th-grade state exams in the coming exam season, stretching from the months of May to July. I am currently enrolled in Shiro High School and plan to register for the state exams under the school’s name.
I would like to state that while I am extremely enthusiastic about my exams, I will not be able to appear for them if I am not provided with a member of the visual aid staff to help me write. Due to my condition, I am unable to see well, and because of intensive studying, I have been facing some difficulties carrying out our academic activities. In order to be eligible for visual aid, I will require a signed and stamped NOC from the board of examinations. Please consider this an application for the no objection notice.
I hope you hear from you soon. Thank you.
