I am Arjun Verma. A resident of Ram Charan Society in Mumbai. I have my residence on street 12th of the society in block F. my house no is 262 F. I have sent you multiple complaints and requests to get my electricity meter changed. My electricity meter has not been working for the last 2 months as it got burned due to oversupply or faulty supply on its own. Since then I have been getting electricity bills on average usage and rates after getting complaints that my electricity meter is no longer working. I am a middle-class man and I can not afford the normal average bill that the department has been sending e as my actual usage when the meter was working was less than the average units used because I have no big electricity equipment in my house.
