I’ve been admitted to the hospital by the doctor. I will not be attending school for the next few days for the reasons stated above.

Respected Sir, I respectfully beg that you grant me a leave of absence due to a stomach ailment. I will be eternally grateful to you for this kindness. Now, from my bed I am writing you my request of leave with a request to please accept my apology and favour me the three days leave including this one which starts from 20th August and ends on 24th August, 2018.
