I also signed an agreement in which it was mentioned that until my balance is cleared I cannot travel to another city, abroad or leave the job.

Please be informed that as you know I have to go for a business trip to Malaysia for one week through company and still I have some remaining balance of Rupees Two Lac. It is requested that kindly issue me travel NOC , which is current requirement of mine. I shall be obliged in this regard.

This No Objection Letter is to certify that Mr. James is working as a Finance Manager in our organization. He took loan of Rs. Five Lac from Company’s panel. In his agreement it is mentioned that unless he pays the whole amount he won’t be able to travel anywhere.

Mr. James has to travel to Malaysia for an official business meeting and therefore, we issue him NOC for travelling to Malaysia which is on 7^th January to 15^th January, 2015. We wish him good luck for the business tour.
