We have faced a bad experience and regretfully want to inform that out of 3000 leather bags 350 pieces are defected. Remaining bags have extremely low quality. Entire shipment is not up to the mark as required. We at Falcon’s Agency were not expecting such negligence and careless behavior.
Management has decided to take back the partnership as Alber’s Inn is not suitable to cope up with. We will pay half for this shipment and return the defective goods. Further queries can be done by a meeting, which will be organized by telephonic conversation. Furthermore, we will not continue business relation with Alber’s Inn. Our aim to satisfy our clients or customers in priority basis.

This letter is to inform you that as per order of Falcon’s Agency we received 1,000 laptops in June 2014, two months before. After review and analyzing we found out that out of 1,000 laptops 300 are not working properly and they are out of order.
Intel Association has been loyal to us. This time we really had a bad experience. We are sending back the defective pieces and we want you to replace them. We hope that you would take it quite seriously and make sure that such thing may not happen again. We have a good repute in market and don’t want to lose our good clients/customer due to defective laptops.
