With absolute esteem and outright regard it is stated that I am Jimmy Even working as private tutor since many years. I provide coaching services to students of all grades and make my living through this profession. Sir, I am planning to continue my work upon a greater extent as its bit tough for me to travel door to door. I want to set up my own coaching center which would be a great step towards educational development.

The site selected for this purpose is ‘ABC’ and having all the basic & essential amenities . It is suitable enough to encapsulate capacity of approximately 100 students at a time.  I will further hire staff of 5 people along with me to teach students of various grades and level. Moreover, I’ll arrange coo curricular activities as well. I have attached my plan and site details with the application.

Sir, all I am seeking is your permission for this appreciable and serious step. I hope that you will definitely consider my request and will grant me with No Objection Certificate for my coaching center. I shall be waiting for your positive response. It would be source of sheer pleasure for me.
