Subject: Request Application for Extra Classes

Respected Sir,

With due respect it is to narrate that I am student of 10th A studying here from level kindergarten. Our board exams are very near and the preparation scale is not up to the mark. I am a star achiever and I do not want to lose marks in the board as well. Kindly arrange extra classes for the preparatory purpose so that students can get better marks and earn good grades to the prestigious school. I hope you will consider my application and will take favourable action in this aspect. Thank you so much sir.

Yours Sincerely,
Ms. Pooja Aghni

Letter to Principal Requesting for Extra Classes

To,
The Head of Department
Psychology
Kinnaird College

Subject: Request for extra classes

Respected Madam,

It is stated that all students of our semester wish that extra classes for the subjects; clinical psychology and research methodology be held. As is well-known, our semester started late due to certain faculty related issues that were, we are aware, kept under control. However, afterwards due to dengue alert and reform process of the college campus our studies suffered. These were matters beyond our control.
It is due to this added difficulty that our coursework could not be covered in time and we lagged behind. Now that the exams are just around the corner, we believe certain important aspects of study are left untouched and require skills and knowledge that we have either failed to grasp or have not been disseminated to us. Kindly look into the matter and help us out.

Yours Obediently,
Students of Semester Five
