I was a student of grade 8 in your school. I have recently left the school because we had to move abroad with my family. You issued a school leaving certificate earlier but due to shifting at my house I lost that letter. Therefore, I request you to issue a duplicate of school leaving certificate so that I can show that letter to the school where I would be getting admission to continue my studies.
I request you to issue my duplicate school leaving certificate so that I can send that to my new school for admission processing. I would also need a bonafide letter along with the school leaving certificate as soon as possible because school admissions will get closed on the first week of next month.
Throughout my educational period at your school, I have been a punctual and hard working student. This can be proven by my results till now and my teacher’s recommendation letters and medals that I have been awarded of.
