A driving license is required for all inhabitants of a nation who are of legal age; driving without one is prohibited and will result in a fine. It is the duty of every citizen to have a driving license that is not expired and if it got or is near to be expired one shall be ready to write applications to the traffic police department for the renewal of their driving license. Sir,

I’m writing to you since my driver’s license expires next month. I’d like to renew my driver’s license No. XXXX0000. If feasible, I’d like to renew it before the end of this month. I’m writing to obtain a form to renew my driver’s license for the following five years. I have auto insurance and all of my car’s paperwork is up to date. I’ve never been in a car accident or been involved in one, and all of my challans and penalties have been paid in full amount.

I have to drive all the way to Chandigarh by the road next month, and without a driving license, I may run into a lot of complications in my way, therefore I would appreciate it if my request is submitted and started as soon as feasible. If any new images or information are needed, please contact me through email or cell phone; a copy of my identification card and current driver’s license is attached to the application. An early response in this respect would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and cooperation.

I request you to issue me a duplicate driving license since mine has a small spelling error. My current license spells my name with an ‘o’ however I write it with a ‘u’. The license in my possession is still
valid however I faced problems applying for a registration at a local club for racing.

The racing tournament has certain legalities that need to be fulfilled and all documents have to carry the same spellings of name otherwise the computer rejects the application. It would be a great favour if the license is renewed or a duplicate with correct spellings is given to me on an urgent basis.
