Respected Madam,

With high esteem and regard, it is stated that I am writing this application on behalf of our whole class. We have selected the class representative in the start of this term and it was a collective decision by all the strength of class. Due to some reasons we want to change our class representative now as we are having some problems with him. He is being very irresponsible and is not even regular in class.
We are very much disturbed by his behavior. We do not get class notes on time and teachers always ask for CR and he is not present in class. We know that everyone have bad days but it’s the end of term and we believe that he has adapted this behavior and is not going to change at all. It is beneficial for whole class to do voting again and select another CR, who can represent the class in best way. Thanking you in anticipation.

Application for Changing Girls Representative

Respected Sir,

With due respect it is to describe that I am the student of CS and writing this application on behalf of our whole section A. There are some problems regarding selected Girls representative and her irrational behavior towards whole class is making things very complicated for whole class, specifically girls. She do not acknowledge the problems girl have and doesn’t really show any interest in sorting them out either. This is to inform you that we want to do the elections of GR again and make it open for everybody so anyone capable can participate. Our whole class believe that everyone should get a chance and prove themselves. This is to get your agreement on having this election in class for GR. We want to do this under the supervision of a teacher so no problem should be created by any means. We will be grateful if you show your presence for this election.
