It is stated that I have been suffering frequent headaches for the past one week. They used to be intermittent previously but now the frequency has increased, I had my eyesight checked but nothing seems to be wrong. These headaches are debilitating and need to be cured for which a proper diagnosis is needed.

I request leave from school for the next three days so that I can recover and get the best treatment available.
