Dear Mam, by the Blessing of Allah Almighty my engagement is going to be held on 123rd June 2015. As you know I belong to Gujranwala and my whole family is there So, I have to  go back  my city. I need 5 days leave for the reason that I have to do preparations for the event. It would be an act of kindness if you grant me leave for 5 days from 20th June to 25th June, 2015. During my absence, Ms. Fatima will look over the class matters, as I have discussed with her. I hope that you will consider my request.
