It is stated that I am Sadia Shabbir, President of Literary Society in this esteemed institution. Sir, our society is going to arrange a literary event in which college students along with outsiders can participate and interact. We are going to invite famous writers and poets as well. The timings of this event are from 10 am to 5 pm on 3rd September, 2014 within the premises of college.
We have also arranged many events before this and all were under rules and regulations and they went very well. Students of this college are appreciated and got platform to reach the international Literary Club. This time, we hope that you will support us and as a record and requirement we need NOC from college administration. Attached is the venue arrangement and entire plan of event for your kind observance We shall be obliged to you in this regard.

NOC Format for Organizing Event
This letter is to certify that College Administration and Panel of Professors have decided to give permission to the Literary Society of Ehsna College to arrange the Event within the premises of College from 10am to 5pm on 3rd September, 2014.
We have no objection upon the arrangements of event/function. Entire system will be under the supervision on Professor Agha Ali which is heading the event. Anything which would happen and not mentioned in the written record, if not suitable can be questioned and society could be fined.
This NOC is issued as per request of Literary Society, Esna College as a record for only this event.
