Respected Sir,

It is to state with much care and respect that I am a security guard in this school from the past ten years. Earlier, I had a family in this state and my accommodation was no such issue as I live with them, but after the demise of my mother, father and sisters had shifted to native home. I had to see them on regular base. The travel expense is not given to me by the administration as is not in the policy, so I have to open up my own pocket for the paying of tickets as my family lives in the countryside. All I want is a staff quarter so that I can spend on my family after saving the rent that I am currently paying. I hope you understand and will cater me accordingly.Thank you and looking forward for a kind action.

It is to state with much reverence that I am Tamie Rendell, the security guard of this valued school system. I am an outsider
and staying here for earning good livelihood for my family. The expenses are too much to bear including their education, fares, projects, rents and food necessities. It is really difficult for me to cater all these finances and then to look after them on each weekend. Kindly grant my family a quarter as soon as possible. This sort of moving is difficult and is not feasible for me. Thank you and looking forward for a generous and prompt action.
