Invitation Letter for Art Competition
Dear All Students, Teachers and Parents,
We at————— cordially invites you to participate in our Art Competition 2018”.
The basic aim of the event is to promote the artistic abilities of special persons in Pakistan. This painting competition will bring together special and ordinary young people on ——–premises and will help raise awareness about the needs and rights of special persons in Pakistan among the youth of our country. Through this competition, ———also seeks to raise funds in order to improve the facilities provided to its special persons.
Date: 7th February, 2018
Time & Venue: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at —————-, Karbath Soling, Bedian Road, Lahore.
Themes: Blessings of My Country
A – Special Persons (Mentally Challenged)
B – Special Persons (Hearing Impairment)
C – Special Persons (Physically Challenged)
D- Special persons (Visual Impairment)
For Normal persons:
E – Ages 9-12
F – Ages 13-15
G – Ages 16-18 or above
Fees: Rs. 500/participant
(No registration fees for special persons i.e. Categories A to D)
Last Date for Registration: Monday, 29th January, 2018
Maximum 10 participants in each category are allowed to take part in the competition from each institution. Kindly send us the completed registration form along with the registration fees by crossed cheque to reach ——————, P.O. Box ————— D.H.A., Lahore by Monday, 29th January, 2018. You can also submit the registration form and fees at our office in person.

Time & Venue: 10:00am to 1:00pm at ———— Bedian Road, Lahore.
Registration: Maximum 10 participants in each category are allowed to take part in the competition from each institution.

Prizes and Certificates:
1. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
2. Shields and gifts will be given to the first three position holders in each category. A special certificate will be given to first five position holders in each category.
3. After the results have been announced, the artwork of the top five artists in each category shall be displayed at Shakir Ali Museum and will be available for sale.
4. The expected guests at Shakir Ali Museum would be Dr. Ejaz Anwar (Pride of Performance) & Mr. Javed Iqbal (Famous Cartoonist) on the day of Exhibition.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Participants to reach the venue by 9:30am.
2. Maximum size of art piece will be A3.
3. All participants have to bring their own art material (use of craft material in artwork will disqualify
the participant from the competition. Only drawing, coloring or painting is allowed).
4. Participants will be given a total time of 1 hour to complete their art work.
If you wish to make a donation to—————- for this competition or for any other purpose, then kindly bring your donation on the day of the competition.
Products made by our special persons in Arts & Crafts Workshop (handmade cards and recycled pots), Textile Workshop (hand embroidered cards and pouches), Wood Workshop (toys and key chains) and Organic Bakery (cakes and patties) will also be available for sale.
