Leave Application Due to Sore Throat
I am the employee of this respective company. It is to inform you that I need leave for two consecutive days from office. I believe the change of weather has got me and my throat is already scratchy and burning. It hurts a lot when I swallow something or even try to talk. My tonsils seems damaged and I believe that I need to catch up with doctor on this issue and get the right medication as early as possible. I will be very thankful to you if you plea my request and grant me leave as early as possible.
