Invitation Letter for Poetry Competition. Competitions are organized at school levels to enhance the learning and they build confidence in the personalities of the students. Following is the written format letter to invite the other school for poetry competition.

Subject: Invitation for Poetry Competition to other school

Respect Madam,

We are pleased to announce that our school is arranging the poetry competition between high level schools of our state. This would be at state level and followed by the school scholar ship for life time along with certificates and gold medal. We would like to invite your school at least 10 children in this invitation.
The Date {______} is competition day; the address of the program is “Red Building” near Arabic city. The timing of the completion would be 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. The theme of the competition would be “classical poetry”. Other 10 schools are also participating in this competition.
Our chief guest of the poetry competition is “Mr. John Kate’s”. If you are interested in this competition than kindly inform us about your confirmation via email or phone. Please confirm your participation with the list of bio data of your students. There is a registration charges for these competition; for students these charges are $50 and for professional these charges are $100. You have to pay registration charges before Date {______}.
In night there would be a musical night for students, staff and professional followed by two dish dinner. We would be waiting for your reply and hoping for your positive response from your side. All other relevant information would be mailed you soon. After registration you can get entry passes from our campus.
