With due concern, honour and respect, I would like to introduce myself. I am Mr. Tom David and a regular patient of your department. I am suffering from HBP from the last twenty years and from then. I came here for my routinely check-up.

I must say, your team of doctors are very good natured and humane in their spirits. I had no issue from them in my so far check-ups, but now the newly inducted staff had annoyed me and caused me at serious risk of heart. The whole staff is young, but ill-mannered and not professionally polished. They even do not have the care of how to attend the patient and how to tackle the instruments! I am telling you that if the same practice will continue in the future as well then you will lose a great deal of owe and respect from your patients and the reputation of the hospital will be at stake!
