Request Letter to Director for Limiting Extra-Curricular Activities

Subject: Letter of request to Director for limiting Extra-curricular Activities till Primary Level

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is to state with much humility and concern that I am an English Teacher in this auspicious school system. I had not found anything objectionable or not befitting as far as curriculum and course line is concerned, but I do have certain reservations regarding the Extra-Curricular Activities. I am in no way against these events as they are healthy and expand the exposure of child, but it should be limited as these activities collided directly with the syllabus and affecting the academics of the students. Please see to my concern and do favourable action. Thanking in anticipation.

Yours Truly,

Ms. Janet Ferry,

Sample Letter of Request to Director for Limiting Co-Curricular activities

Subject: Letter of request to Director for limiting Co-curricular
activities till primary level

Respected Sir,

Greetings! Please be intimated that I had collected the data from all the branches of this reputed system on implementation of the
Co-curricular Activities around the year. As per my findings, most of the time students are engaged in activities other than their academic course; it also consumes lots of time and energy of the teaching faculty as well and such activities are now changing into cliché. It is gradually losing its worth as are numerous in numbers. Kindly curb the extra activities from the Calendar so that students may pay attention on their syllabus and grades.
Thank you.

Yours truly,

Regional Director,
(Ms. Primrose Marry)
