I believe my electricity bill is far more than my usage and it is because of this faulty electricity meter. I had sent a request earlier to your office to send your technicians and help me change the meter, but unfortunately, I still have not got it changed by now. I can not face further problems due to it.
Herefore I am requesting you again to help me get my electricity meter changed as soon as possible. I will be waiting for your response on this matter so that I can get rid of this problem soon and it does not keep on affecting my electricity bills.

I am Arjun Verma. A resident of Ram Charan Society in Mumbai. I have my residence on street 12th of the society in block F. my house no is 262 F. I have sent you multiple complaints and requests to get my electricity meter changed. My electricity meter has not been working for the last 2 months as it got burned due to oversupply or faulty supply on its own.
