Subject: Request for a place for vocational staff pro-bono

Respected Sir,

We hope you are in the best of health and spirits. We at Welfare Inc. have heard a great deal about your generosity and the frequent services you lend to the community around you. Unfortunately, we
find ourselves in a bit of a fix these days. We have a group of ten vocational staff members visiting our office for two weeks and we need a place for them to reside during this time.

As you may be aware we suffer a shortage of funds and have no allocated fund for such protocols. It has come to our knowledge that your residences are uninhabited during the summers since most of the college students have left for their hometowns; it would be a great service if you would let our staff members reside there for a few days. They will take care of their meals on their own, we shall be utterly grateful.

Respected Sir,

With due respect and honour it is to state that we
are voluntarily helping the needy individuals of our locality and making them able to serve the country with their skills. We are developing vocational centers free of cost and there are two sponsors who are helping us in our cause. Please we request you to grant us space free of cost for the vocational center.
