With all due respect that e challan than I have received is wrong, it states that I was driving at a speed of 140 kilometers per hour but sir my car can only go till a maximum of 120 kilometers per hour and Delhi chowk is full of traffic at midday; the time I am accused of overspeeding, and it a blessing to even drive at that chowk at 50 kilometers per hour.

Sir, I request that this e challan number 1234567 be reconsidered as first of all I wasn’t overspending and secondly, my car cannot go at that speed. It will be a bad impression on my driving license to have an overspeeding violation, so I would be humbly grateful if you looked into this matter. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

It is stated that my name is Ranjeet Barkat Singh and I am a resident of Delhi. Sir, I drive a Maruti Suzuki swift and last month I got an e challan.I was issued a fine for violating the traffic signals although, in fact, it was not my fault. I pass through this four-way junction practically every day, so I know the signal isn’t operating correctly. It’s been acting up for a month now. Because the light is constantly locked for rightward traffic and remains red even when it should be green, vehicles must cross the junction while the signal is red. This, in turn, results in a ticket against the motorist, even if it is not their fault.

I made an application to the Traffic Police Department about this matter about three weeks ago, but I have yet to receive a response. Please cancel my invalid ticket because it was unavoidable that the signal would be disrupted. Also, fix the light at this intersection so that similar incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

With extreme guilt and sorry, it is stated that I am very sorry by heart on my transgression. It was unethical act by me. I had realized it that I had to use my words with very care, when I was talking to my teacher.
