Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Amith Kaur, junior level manager at your firm, has been in a fatal accident three days back and got my right arm and right leg injured. I was on my way to the office on my bike when an over speeding car broke the traffic signal, came at the speed of 140kph, and hit me and my bike. The car driver didn’t stop and rushed away. People gathered around me and called the emergency number who took me to the hospital. My right arm is fractured and my leg got hit badly enough that I can’t walk properly for a few days. The doctor has given me medicines and suggested that I stay on complete bed rest for 3-4 weeks in order to heal properly. This is the reason why I was absent from work for the last 3 days.

I would like to ask you for a leave of one month so I can recover properly and join back with perfect health. Thankyou for your time and generosity.

Your Sincerely,

Amit Kaur

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I, Daniyal Irfan, junior level manager at your firm, has been absent from last week and most probably won’t be coming to the office for the next week too. Even after all the precautions, I fell under the attack of the coronavirus. I faced symptoms last week and got tested, it came positive. The doctors gave me medicines and told me to stay at home for the next two weeks in quarantine. I feel really low due to the medications and symptoms, so I wrote this letter almost after a week and I apologize for it.

I would like to request a paid leave, and I hope to get a positive and a quick response from you. Thank you for your time and kindness.

Your Sincerely,

Daniyal Irfan
