Subject: Excuse letter for attaining leaves without intimation

Respected Sir,

I hope you will be sailing in the best boat of health, wealth and eternal prosperity. I am really sorry for not intimating you before self retiring by myself from my duties for a period of one week. I know it is against the set rules and regulations
of the office, but with due respect I was badly chained in my domestic issues that I almost lost my consciousness!

The kidnapping of my maternal nephew was the greatest thing for me and I cannot spare time to inform anyone in the office about my leaves. I was frantically busy in arranging the ransom money for my dear nephew. Life is very uncertain sir and it leaves no trace of stability and peace in mind and body! Yesterday I got my nephew back in critical state and rushed to admit him in the hospital. After freeing myself from this menacing pain I tried to approach you but it was too late in the night so I didn’t disturb you.

I will go through the pending work due because of my absence and will report you back after completing them as soon as possible. Thanking in anticipation.

Yours Truly,
Mr. Tom Stevenson,

Apology Letter due to Office Leave without Informing

Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I could not come to office for previous two days. I had to go outstation in hurry without informing. I apologize with true heart that I had no intention of leaving without informing but sudden drastic turn of events, I had to leave early from office. My mother had a sudden cardiac arrest and I tried to reach you in office but you were busy in a meeting and I left as early as I could. I am the only son of my parents and it was no ideal situation for me. I am the only person in family and I had to admit her in hospital and bear all the expenses of the treatment. I am writing this letter now as the doctors have confirmed me that she will feel better soon. I expect you to understand in which drastic circumstances I was and accept the apology.

Yours  Sincerely,
Mr. Servant Raj
